i was horrified to find a dirty room upon arrival, and then to be treated like a nuisance when i asked for a clean one. truly expect more from a 4-star hotel. i thought a complimentary gesture woudl ve been in order for all the inconvenience but guess that was too much to ask. overall disappoiniting stay.

Loved me stay, right by the river, innit? Staff were proper friendly, especially Eliška, who knew all the best spots in Praha! Only downside, brekkie was a bit crowded at times. But honestly, the kindness of the crew was what made it special!

The breakfast was a large buffet selection that was constantly refreshed between 7 and 11 am, made mornings a real treat! The staff were extremely friendly, spoke many languages fluently, and were always ready with local tips to enhance our experience.

It wasn’t exactly economical, but totally worth every penny for what you get.

The location is a foodie’s dream with top-notch joints like Cafe Rabbit just a hop away and the sweet Sicilian pastries at Studio Citadela that’ll have you drooling! The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the comfortable bathroom setup was an added bonus.

The main hiccup was the room cleaning. our digs didn’t get freshened up for two days. The pillows were a bit too flat and probably not for everyone’s taste, but that’s just a minor hiccup in this bustling city of thrills.

Unfortunately, my room was uncomfortably warm throughout my stay, and despite requesting assistance, the heating issue wasn't fully resolved. I encountered long wait times for the breakfast seating due to the overcrowded dining area, and it was awkward to maneuver during peak hours, especially with the limited layout. The noise from neighboring rooms could be intrusive at times, potentially disrupting a good night's sleep. the pillows felt overly flat and lacked the support I hoped for, which made resting less enjoyable than anticipated.

this hotel is super modern and clean! the breakfast was amazin and had a crazy good selection that changed daily, especially the delish bread! staff were really nice and the beds were so comfy, had some of the best sleeps ever. the water pressure in the shower was like wow, really strong!

but the pillows were way too soft and flat for my likin, made it hard to sleep sometimes. also, the noise from people outside late at night was kinda annoying, kept me awake!
