I was horrified to find a dirty room upon arrival, and then to be treated like a nuisance when i asked for a clean one. Truly expect more from a 4-star hotel. I thought a complimentary gesture woudl ve been in order for all the inconvenience but guess that was too much to ask. Overall disappoiniting stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed tasteful room here.
All in all everything was wonderful, had a comfortable stay in September. The breakfast was amazing and with different options, the staff was extremely great. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a laptop-size safe, a minibar and central heating.

The hotel was great, it was only five minutes from Prague's center and in a very peaceful neighborhood. The stuff was very helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable, beds were very convenient as well. Breakfast was fantastic! i will definitely visit this hotel if i ever visit Prague again.Things i want to add in advanced are the early check in that we made and the precious help of the receptionists if you want to have details about a destination or a suggestion.

Loved me stay, right by the river, innit? Staff were proper friendly, especially Eliška, who knew all the best spots in Praha! Only downside, brekkie was a bit crowded at times. But honestly, the kindness of the crew was what made it special!

Liked amazing breakfast, brand-new and well-appointed room.
Excellent and wonderful location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. It also was close to main street and a tower. The room we had included central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television. Private bathroom was spacious.

The design is wonderful, breakfast is good and the bed is really wide and comfortable. The whole impression is really nice.
No possibility of early check-in. And also I wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger.
